These folks were very helpful in all aspects. They talked with us almost every day as we got started and prepared house to put on market and had handy people ready to clean up any issues with an item of importance such as stretching a rug that needed it or even bringing in in another opinion on something the potential buyer was concerned about. They focused on all the details of getting the paperwork done and various little things that you would never even think about in the closing of the sale. we were pleased!!!

I give Larry and Cathy five stars in all categories. They are the most dedicated pair of professionals in the real estate industry I have met. They sold our house very quickly and were there for us all the way with the purchase of our new build. They never ceased to exhibit a caring and reassuring attitude during the whole process.I highly recommend this team to anyone who is selling or purchasing a new home!
